Chargebee features

The integration to Chargebee enables automated and structured data exchange between Chargebee and connected systems. This article serves as documentation of what we can do with an integration to the system and which features are supported.

Please note that the availability of features depends on which system category is integrated with Chargebee.

The integration makes it possible to:

Subscription handling

• Send subscription renewals: With the integration, subscription renewals can be sent from the subscription system to financial systems for posting The transfer includes customer data and order lines, ensuring consistent handling of sales data across systems.
• Handle credit notes: With the integration, credit notes from the subscription system can be handled and sent to connected system. This ensures correct adjustment of revenue and inventory across systems.

Customer and company data

• Read CVR number: With the integration, the CVR number can be read from the subscription renewal and included in the customer data when transferred to connected systems. This ensures correct registration of company information.
• Read EAN number: With the integration, the EAN number can be read from the subscription renewal and included in the customer data when transferred to connected systems. This ensures correct handling of EAN customers and electronic invoicing.

The integration supports efficient and automated handling of subscription renewals, credit notes, and customer data, reducing manual processes and ensuring accurate data flow across systems.
