This is a guide to setting up the Drupal Commerce to reviso IEX plugin.

After ordering you will recive login to your IEX dashboard. Under 'Drupalcommerce' you can download the plugin and upload it to your Drupal webshop.

Upload the module under ‘Modules’ in your Drupal Commerce shop.
Find the IEX module under ‘Modules’ and enable it:
Go to ‘Configuration’ and click ‘Webservice’ and click ‘IEX 2’.
Login to your IEX dashboard.
Under Profile copy the IEX API-key:
Insert the IEX API key from the IEX dashboard under ‘Profile’ and set ‘Enable’ and ‘Enable product sync’ til ‘Yes’.
Finish by clicking ‘Save configuration’:
Connect the integration to your accounting system. Click 'reviso' and then 'Connect to reviso':
Now you need your reviso login:
- Agreement number
- User ID
- Finish by clicking 'Grant Access':
Now you have to configure reviso in the IEX dashboard. To transfer shipping, discounts and fees you need to create these as products in reviso with unique product numbers (SKU) and insert these in the IEX dashboard in the corresponding fields.
Under 'Update products' you can choose if you want to update your products in reviso, when you make changes to these in your shop. Choose to create products automatically with the orders under 'Order settings'.
Under Drupalcommerce add your shop url. 'Click Save changes' and then 'Get orderstates' and choose which order states to transfer from your shop to reviso. Finish by clicking 'Save changes'.
Now you can choose to syncronize all of your products from Drupal to reviso. Notice: all products need to have unique products numbers (SKU) in Drupal for correct transfer to reviso. Go to Drupal and click 'Sync products'. The transfer of products can take a little time depending on how many products you have in your shop.
Your integration is now ready to automatically transfer orders, products and customers from your Drupal Commerce webshop to reviso.
