Woocommerce to debitoor guide

This is a step by step guide for installing and setting up the Woocommerce to debitoor IEX plugin.

In a mail from IEX you have received the login information for your IEX dashboard. In the IEX dashboard under 'Woocommerce' you can download the plugin (for example to your computer's desktop for easy access) and upload to your WordPress/Woocommerce webshop.

Upload the plugin to your Woocommerce shop. Click Plugin then Add new and Upload plugin:

 

Upload the plugin and click Install now:

 

Activate the plugin:


 

Login to your  IEX dashboard with the login information, you received in the mail from IEX:


 

Click Profile and copy the API-key:


 

In your Woocommerce shop click IEX Integration and insert the API-key. Click Save changes, then Sanity check. Your integration is now connected to your shop:

 

Connect the integration to debitoor. Click Debitoor and then Get token!:

 

Click Allow to connect to your debitoor account. Finish by clicking Save changes in your IEX dashboard:

 

Click Debitoor in the menu on the left side of the IEX dashboard and choose Invoice settings, Home Country and Payment terms. And finish by clicking Save changes. If you want to transfer shipping, discounts and fees from your shop to debitoor, you should create these as products in debitoor with product numbers for example Shipping, Fee and Discount and insert these under Shipping SKU, Discount SKU and Payment fee SKU. Choose if you want to create and update customers in debitoor:

 

Click Woocommerce and add your shop url. Click Save changes and then Get productstates and Get orderstates:


 

Now you have to select which product states and order states you want transferred to debitoor. Finish by clicking Save changes:


 

Go to Settings and change the staus to Active and click Save.

Now you need to syncronize your products from WooCommerce to debitoor, all products need to have unique products numbers (SKU) in WooCommerce for correct transfer to debitoor. Go to Woocommerce and click Sync products. The transfer of products can take a little time depending on how many products you have in your shop.


 

Your integration is now ready to automatically transfer orders, products and customers from your Woocommerce webshop to debitoor.
