💡 Integration to Visma e-conomic should be handled by IEX

There are benefits in using IEX to transfer order from Rackbeat to Visma e-conomic in contrast to using Rackbeats own integration.

This way you get the full IEX functionality for the whole transfer, including a detailed transfer history to ease troubleshooting, notifications, and advanced settings for how the order should be handled in Visma e-conomic.

📄 Creating orders / invoices in Visma e-conomic

It is a setup options whether your Rackbeat order should be created as an invoice or order in Visma e-conomic.

If necessary the Rackbeat order can be handled according to the order state, meaning that when the order is created in Rackbeat an order is also created in Visma e-conomic, which is subsequently converted to an invoice when the order reaches a given state in Rackbeat, e.g. "Is shipped".

Thereafter the invoice can be handled as needed by automatic booking, payment registration, invoice mail sending out and much more.

💡 Avoid doubling the order transfer from Rackbeat to Visma e-conomic

It is recommended, that you transfer orders from Rackbeat to Visma e-conomic through IEX. If you have a similar order transfer running from Rackbeat, you should deactivate this to avoid double transfers.
