What happens in case of overuse?

If your order usage exceeds the quantity included in your subscription, you will receive a summary of the usage at the end of the month. You will be offered the option to purchase additional orders or upgrade your subscription. If you take no action, the overuse will be automatically charged based on the rate for extra orders.

There is a volume discount on additional orders. The discount increases with the purchase of larger batches, so for large periodic fluctuations, it may be worthwhile to prepare by purchasing a large batch of orders at a greater discount.

Additional orders are a separate type of order that comes into effect with overuse. They are placed in a separate pool that does not reset each month.

To purchase additional orders, go to app.iex.dk -> Subscription -> Refill.

Here, you can choose how many additional orders you want, as well as see the price and discount.

Once you click "Purchase," the additional orders will be added to the integration, and the purchase will appear on the next invoice.
