We have created a standard setup for e-conomic to ensure that the integration with e-conomic works properly.
All other settings are up to you as individual users, depending on your specific needs.
The fields and checkboxes you need to fill in or enable are divided under the following headings:
You can review these sections as needed.
When you have reviewed all settings, click “Save and enable” in the top right corner.
Your settings will then be saved, and e-conomic will be activated in the integration.
Customers to e-conomic
1. Allow customer creation – Check Enable customer creation
2. Select field to identify customers – Select Email
3. Default customer group – Select Diverse
4. Default payment term – Select Netto 8 days
5. Default VAT zone – Select Domestic
6. Phone fields when creating a customer – Select Telephone/Fax and Mobile phone
Orders to e-conomic
1. Order creation – Select Invoice
2. Base currency – Select DKK – Danish kroner
3. Shipping SKU (taxable) – Click the plus icon
3.1 Enter Shipping with VAT in Name
3.2 Enter fragtmm in product number
3.3 Select Varer m/moms in Product group
3.4 Click Create
4. Shipping SKU (non-taxable) – Click the plus icon
4.1 Enter Shipping without VAT in Name
4.2 Enter fragtum in product number
4.3 Select Varer u/moms in Product group
4.4 Click Create
5. Enter payment fee SKU – Click the plus icon
5.1 Enter Fee in Name
5.2 Enter Gebyr in product number
5.3 Select Varer m/moms in Product group
5.4 Click Create
6. Enter discount SKU – Click the plus icon
6.1 Enter Discount in Name
6.2 Enter Rabat in product number
6.3 Select Varer m/moms in Product group
6.4 Click Create
7. Handle differences – Select Add correction lineif below threshold
8. Correction line text – Enter Difference in Line text
9. Enter rounding SKU – Click the plus icon
9.1 Enter Difference in Name

9.3 Select Varer u/moms in Product group
9.4 Click Create
10. Enter rounding threshold – Enter 0.1 in Rounding threshold
11. Default SKU – Click the plus icon
11.1 Enter Standard in Name
11.2 Enter standard in product number
11.3 Select Varer m/moms in Product group
11.4 Click Create
12. Enable auto create missing products – Check Auto create missing products
13. Enable order / invoice draft update (Recommended) - Check Enable order / invoice draft update
Invoice settings
1. Select default invoice layout – Select DK. std. m. bank info 1.5
2. Select default payment term – Select Til omgående betaling
3. Choose the date to use on invoices – Select Order date
Credit-note settings
1. Enter refund SKU – Click the plus icon
1.1 Enter Refund in Name
1.2 Enter refund in product number
1.3 Select Varer m/moms in Product group
1.4 Click Create
Products to e-conomic
1. Allow product creation – Check Enable product creation
2. Select default taxable product group – Select Varer m/moms
3. Select default VAT-exempt product group – Select Varer u/moms
4. Choose fields used to create products – Select Sales price
Now click “Save and Enable” in the top right corner.
Your settings will then be saved, and e-conomic will be activated in the integration.
