This guide is a standard setup between Hostedshop and Billy. * * * ### **Connect to Hostedshop** To connect the integration to a Hostedshop, you need to create an API user in the webshop. Select *Normal sale of goods*. **4.2 Specify group for non-taxable products.** Select *VAT-exempt.* **4.3** Enter **the product number from Billy** in the fields: **Taxable shipping** **Shipping SKU non taxable** **Discount** **Payment fee** **Refund SKU** **4.4 Auto create missing products.** Check *Auto create missing products.* **4.5 Payment method.** Select *Net*. **4.6 Payment days.** Enter: *8* **4.7 Allow updates of orders in Billy.** Check *Allow order update.* **4.8** Click **Save and Enable.** * * * ### **Activate the Integration** **5.1** Click on **Account settings** in the [IEX dashboard](https://app.iex.dk/) ​**5.2** Click on **Activate** under Status * * * ### **Test the Integration** To ensure that the integration works correctly, an order must be transferred from Hostedshop. **6.1** Go to Hostedshop **6.2** Click on **Orders** **6.3** Open an order and change the status to **Picked up** or **Shipped** It may take up to 5 minutes before the order is transferred, so don’t worry if you don’t see the order in Billy immediately. **6.4** Go to the [IEX dashboard](https://app.iex.dk/) **6.5** Click on **Log** Here you will be able to see whether the order was successfully transferred or if it failed. If it shows as transferred, you will find it in **Billy** under **Sales > Invoices,** where it will appear as a draft invoice.
